The common disease that gets in the way of one’s success…
Commonly plagues wanna-be entrepreneurs…
Commonly plagues highly smart people…
Commonly plagues individuals who cover their fear with too much analytical questions…
The cure – - COMMITTED ACTION
Nobody can analyze anything fully. Everything has its uncertainties and risks. The question now is – are your aversions to these risks more powerful than your dreams? Your commitments?
Beware of the Analysis Paralysis syndrome.
As an entrepreneur I have encountered lots of people with such a disease. They will tell you all about their dreams and how bad they wanna achieve them. Yet, when they realize what they need to do in order for them to reach their dreams, they suddenly have lots of reasons – they’re not ready, they are too busy at work, they still need to think about it, ask their spouse or parents about it, etc. One more thing, people with this disease love asking their friends for opinion on a decision that these friends hasn’t made themselves. They want to be wealthy yet they ask advice from people who are not wealthy. What advice do you think these people will give?
